🔁 Returns

  • We offer a 15-day easy return policy from the date of delivery

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Returns must be sent via India Post or as instructed by our support team.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

🔍 Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging, accessories, and invoice

  • Show no signs of misuse, installation damage, or modification

⚠️ Products damaged due to improper handling or installation are not eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer at the time of return request.
